LIGHTING ARTIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Claybox Studios are looking for talented and experienced candidates for the Senior Lighting Artist position. The selected candidates will work with CG Supervisors/Leads to create the most stunning visuals and best qualified CG scenes.
Anyone feels passionate for the lighting works, give it a try.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Significant knowledge in lighting/rendering photo-realistic/stylized.
– Experienced in using Maya, Houdini, V-Ray, Renderman.
– Experienced in Python scripting.
– Understanding about materials, look development, VFX pipeline.
– Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
– Communication/teamwork skills to give proposals to clients and directors.
– 3 years experience or more is preferred for Lighting/Rendering in production of advertisement, film, or animation.
ADVANTAGES:
– Compositing experience with Nuke.
– Texturing capabilities in Substance/Mari.
– Can do lighting/lookdev by Houdini Mantra/Arnold.
